Steel material CK75 and cK65 steel steel performance similar to its elasticity somewhat less than the 65 gauge steel, high strength, low hardenability, usually in the use of quenched and tempered condition. It is not used in the manufacture of high strength, smaller cross-sectional dimensions of the coil spring, plate spring, the wear of mechanical parts.

 
ck75 Mechanical Properties:
Tensile strength σb (MPa) ≥1080,
Yield strength σs (MPa) ≥880
Elongation δ5 (%) ≥7,
Section shrinkage ψ (%) ≥30,
Hardness HBS: no heat treatment ≤285;
Annealed steel ≤241, Blank sample size: Sample
Heat Treatment:
820 ℃ quenching, 840 ℃ tempered.
